This is a very good feature addition. I used this plugin along with Newspaper theme and I must say this is the fastest AMP WordPress plugin. My score in Google Page speed is above 90 just because of this plugin

Hi, As a developer, I see these buttons popping up very late on Amp. Sometimes the shape and size also differs alot.
Can we use some kind of manual coding to correct this?

AMP is a set of components that helps the loading process on the front-end side, if you are having issues with response time from your server, the best scenario is investigate out is causing the problem on the server site.
About elementor, it is not fully compatible with AMP. Some plugins fix some issues with Elementor, but won’t be 100%
